Germany, Hj. A Winter Service Cap certificate_of_authenticity Queen's Own Oxfordshire Hussars(HJ Wintermtze). A well preserved HJ winter service cap, constructed of padded dark navy blue wool. The cap is fully surrounded by fold down side panels, scalloped at the front, providing optional ear and neck protection to the wearer. When not in use, the panels are rolled up and secured in place at the front with a non magnetic buckle which emanates from the right strap and secures to two magnetic metal reinforced eyelets on the left strap. Pinned
