The hangtag reads, "Brigadier Washer 'N' Dryer Fabrics, Pacific Mills Fabrics New York, NY". Size: 9 10 Style: This skirt doesn't have a waistband, there is a center back metal zipper entry with a button & tab. It is an A line style skirt with 2 front seams and darts and the back has 2 darts. There is pink topstitching details
