Includes pump, AC adapter, and cord. Please note it does not include the Flow Lever or On Off switch. Fits all Regular and Deluxe Fresh Flow models. Very easy to replace. Simply remove the filter reservoir by pulling straight up. Press the new pump unit firmly in the area marked pump. PRODUCT NOTE: Not compatible with Petmate's Fresh Flow II Pet Fountains.
