Crass are the most important anarcho punk band, starting in 1977 in Epping, England and going until 1984. Crass advocated an anti war, feminist, environmental agenda through their albums and singles and their own Crass Records, which released other anarcho punk bands. Crucifix, on the other hand, were an American band from Berkeley, CA founded in 1980.
