Soft cotton velvet, no stretch. No lined. Great for fall winter. Condition Very good vintage condition. Some faint spots near the bottom, some minor scratches at a hip and the hem has been let out, but I will gladly re hem it upon request. Suggested Modern Size Vintage tag size is 7, but it fits like a borderline XSmall Small. (Always check
